-Some departments are better than others -They do have a great product -Each location has great people working there

Cons

-Poor communication within departments -Poor communication between departments -culture varies based on location -If not in GA office, you can easily get ignored

High turnover and overworked employees: Lincoln managers are cowards and disorganized, CEO couldn’t care less

Decent pay and relaxed atmosphere

So far in 2019, there have been TWO rounds of layoffs (both shop and office) at the Lincoln, NE location alone. This is a huge issue. You won’t have job security if you work here. Nor will you have ALL the benefits they currently advertise, due to their downsizing and saving money.
