Pros
Product fits a basic need, but better than competitors.
Cons
There is a significant lack of inclusive culture here, particularly for those outside the SF headquarters. The environment at HQ feels very exclusionary and lacks diversity, which is reflected in the recent departures and layoffs that disproportionately impacted female employees and the HR department. Remote employees are frequently left out of critical daily meetings. The CEO and COO lack the necessary experience to scale the business or lead people effectively, resulting in an environment with no clear growth path. The company culture can only be described as toxic. It also appears that the recent 5-star reviews were posted to offset legitimate concerns about the company's lack of stability. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you value career longevity.
