Fantastic forward thinking business who genuinely care about staff and customers. Good banter with a global team, fair pay and flexible work hours when needed. Management actively promote a good work/life balance and recognise staff achievements regularly.
Cons
None except low career progression options. But the business is growing fast so maybe this will change in the near future.
