Pros

The product is brilliant and I love working with customers who are always excited by what ClickView does, it's a great part of the job. There has been lots of development with the product recently which is exciting to be a part of. There is also a leadership programme and personal development opportunities. Friendly, motivating and hard-working team. The company has a big focus on wellbeing and provides lots of great initiatives from additional days off for wellbeing, and volunteering days to cupcakes on your birthday and sometimes even a little hamper or gift just as a thank you!

Cons

As a UK business, the team are mainly spread out so don't get to catch up in person as much I would like.

Pros

The people - the team (both UK and Auz) is incredibly supportive, hard-working and a lot of fun. I know it’s cliché but it does have a family feel Our product – it’s awesome! It's extremely exciting to be part of something which is really making a difference to the future of education Autonomy – there's no formal hierarchy, there is the trust and flexibility and support when needed Social – there are regular and varied social events in the UK which are a lot of fun. I know that is the case in Australia too. Strong focus on employee wellbeing, especially with the recent introduction of extra paid leave for employee’s wellbeing and volunteering days.

Cons

As the Head Office is based on Sydney, the time difference can be difficult when you need to speak to certain people. However, people are pretty accommodating for this and a lot has been put in place to strengthen the communication lines. With remote staff in the UK, you aren’t always together at the same time but we make this work and certainly make the most of the time we do have together!

Thank you for your review, it is much appreciated. I agree, communication has certainly been an issue in the past but has improved, and will continue to be worked on, extensively. Our Shoreditch office in London is in a fantastic spot, we are very lucky. With the start of our new Managing Director in the UK, this should further our growth even more so. I am pleased that you are happy with our benefits and social side, which we have put a lot of work into recently. Cheers, Ed
