Pros

People who work hard are great to work with and get no thanks or credit for any work.

Cons

People who are in the ‘club’ are lazy and have a micro management style which doesn’t fair well with people who work hard! Unfair treatment of staff who aren’t part of the boys club and no thank you or appreciation.

Pros

A couple of genuine colleagues who helped make some of my day pleasant. A good product.

Cons

Micro management. Ego driven leadership. Immature culture. Cliques. Box ticking (wellbeing is a great example - they'll offer yoga sessions etc but don’t actually care about your wellbeing). No chance of selling the product during lockdown yet judged on it. 8 hour meetings that could be condensed into 2 hours. They like people who appear to be 'impressive' rather than competent. No sales handover...it's a good business but not a good company to work for. Working here damaged my health and confidence badly.
