Pros

Complete autonomy to work on whatever reqs you want. Management makes sure that there's no conflict between recruiters and sales through unique processes. Company trips, lunches, they celebrate holidays/birthdays. Good performance is compensated quickly and fairly. Best commission structure - salary ratio I've seen almost anywhere. Best diversity and inclusion I've ever seen at an agency.

Cons

Noticed various negative reviews... mostly from people who had failed and were angry about it, blaming other people. If you cannot stay on the phone and find the right people to do a job and frequently, you will fail here and hate it. If you are slow at your job and inexperienced, you may also fail. Not for everyone... you need to be very mature and hard-working or you won't get along with the team. It gets competitive here, so be ready to take the heat.
