Pros

Leadership genuinely cares about your career growth and worklife balance. I have grown my career a ton here and it’s been an amazing company for me. Leadership also listens to feedback, which doesn’t happen in a lot of other places I’ve worked.

Cons

We are a little small, so sometimes you have to do more with less. However, we have been improving our tech stack of softwares for people to use, which has helped a ton with that.
