Cons
Very low end of the market value compensation for a consultancy
High premiums on health insurance
Little room for growth
Little-to-no trust for junior staff

Thank you for your review. I assure you that I am committed to bringing this feedback back to the Director team. We believe in continuous learning and improvement at all levels so all feedback is good feedback. I can only make assurances that I will bring this back and hope to ensure all of the "cons" listed are addressed. - Stacie, CEO
good at the entry level, good to obtain industry experience, many people are very knowledge and eager to share their experience/knowledge
Cons
the company has a weird staffing structure: there is lots of new directors and senior directors as compared to very few junior staff; yet most day-to-day project work is assign to the junior staff. As a result, junior staff is totally overwhelmed with work, having to "juggle" more than 9 projects at a time and getting contradictory instructions from the company directors.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We do not tend to bring on psychometricians as entry level as this is specifically a senior level. While I appreciate the feedback on the ratio of junior-to-senior level staff, I am not keen on the use of "junior" and do not agree "on the day-to-day project work is assign(ed) to the junior staff". Specifically, we work in teams with delegation of tasks across the team, specifically delegating at the level of skill for the employee to help them grow. In fact, I often program my own studies to support and other Exec Directors do the same. However, as with all feedback, I respect and value your opinion and will take this back to the team. - Stacie Hudgens
