      Pros

      Good benefits, large company with a wide geographical area which provides an opportunity to move around the US. Some really great people work here, but most are unable to make decisions.

      Cons

      Really poor leadership and business decisions. Corporate came in and took a very successful location, gutted it, brought in new upper management and dissolved most of the higher paid employees that made the company successful.
