      TIBCO was great.. But now, just run

      Pros

      Most of the people (at least on the TIBCO) side were absolutely amazing. They were great individuals that supported each other. The company WAS supportive.. TIBCO deserved at least 4 stars

      Cons

      The new CEO has 0 consideration for people and went from back to the office and using desktops to make sure you have to come to the office, to closing the office, to back again and so on. Communication after the merger was badly handled and most TIBCO execs left. Lack on investment in products A blow for TIBCO that was going for new logos and customers to go focus on big existing ones Diversity and inclusion are just words they use..but implement nothing of it

      Non that come to mind.

      Cons

      Promised transparent transition process from Citrix to CSG was done behind closed doors and dragged on for months. Return to Office was the most important thing for our careers until saving a ton of cash by closing the office and getting us to work from home. Sad to see the last vestiges of the Citrix culture slip away.

      None that I can see.

      Cons

      Does not care about the employee, destroyed the Citrix ethos and is only interested in milking their existing customers (Broadcom approach). Partnering is something that they won't be doing well and initial signs are that customers are also not happy with the future.
