      Notoriously poor pay

      Pros

      Flexible working conditions, such as how often working from the office is required, overtime options and a good pension scheme. New owners at Aspire finally look to be the best fit I've known since Adept4 purchased the company I worked for since 2010.

      Cons

      Regularly acquired by bigger companies following poor management and direction have consistently affected share prices. Mergers were not integrated well and the incoming CEOs general knew nothing about the different businesses the were controlling. Pay structure is the lowest end of the range for this industry.

      Friendly day to day staff, Co-operative team. Nice modern office space Good commission structure in place for the sales graduates

      Badly managed, constantly changing leaders and goalposts. Lack of consistency in the metrics that were used for show success

      Pros

      They were willing to employ me despite being out of work for two years. In the middle of the pandemic. I have to give them some credit for that.

      Cons

      The insane metrics that we were expected to meet. One in particular that was a pet peeve for management was a daily target that I did not see us meet once the entire time i was there. And for this the entire team was constantly chastised. (nearly two years)
