      Highly flexible; care about their employees health/welfare; culture is fun, friendly, work hard/play hard; company is growing

      Better opportunities if you are self-motivated, go getter who performs at a high level. Not great for those looking to be led/micro-managed in their career.

      Opportunities to work on projects for the government and military

      Cons

      The leadership team is fully staffed by cronies of the CTO. The CEO left, along with most senior employees. The company places interns and high school graduates as more experienced resources. The culture is one of fear, intimidation, and empty promises.
