I have been working at CloudThing full-time

    Pros

I’ve never written a review about an employer before, but I’m so bowled over by cloudThing that I think it deserves shouting about. - brilliant intentional culture of transparency, doing the right thing, working hard, looking after each other like a family, supportive, blame free. It really feel like a good place to work for all the right reasons and everyone operates this way. I can’t get over my luck working here. - leaders are incredibly accessible. It is quite a flat structure. This increases speed and with great decision making so projects can move at pace. - the people both ‘can do’ and ‘will do’. The staff here are a project manager’s dream as they are both good at what they do plus they are self motivated and willing to do it! They are hiring the right people to keep a good performance culture. - you are trusted to do your job and be responsible. But support is there whenever you want it, no problem. It is an empowering place to work and it brings out the best in you. - I’m really proud to work here. It’s a credible company.

    Cons

I’m over the moon with this company, there are no cons.

I have been working at CloudThing full-time

    Pros

Growing, award winning company Great culture Very flexible, and family orientated Projects that have a real positive impact Very open, honest and transparent leadership Really supportive through the Covid19 pandemic - both of employees and customers

    Cons

Nothing that bad - a lot of growth in a short period of time, means that processes are not always stable.

I have been working at CloudThing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

cloudThing is one of the best companies I've ever worked for. They empower their staff by hiring experts and then letting them do their job rather than dictating to them. Remote working isn't a problem and you're treated like an adult.

    Cons

Really don't think there are any

I have been working at CloudThing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Generally a great bunch of people who love to work together Freedom to be an individual - we're not all expected to be corporate clones People here genuinely care about the work they do, and doing the right thing by client A geek culture - encouraged to live on the cutting edge, keep up-to-date on what's what of tech Get to work with some of the most talented people I've ever met Management actually listen Some really well-considered employee perks and benefits

    Cons

It's a fast growing company. Building Future is hard, so it can feel a little disorganised at times. In my experience, from other companies, this is perfectly normal, and the main thing is the growth seems to be to a plan and it is controlled.

I have been working at CloudThing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Challenging, changing environment that you'd expect with a Tech Track 100 company, but with a grounded and inclusive culture that encourages every employee's involvement these changes. cloudThing isn't just a place you go to work, but somewhere you truly can be an integral part of building and shaping a bright future.

    Cons

Not a great place if you don't like Star Wars

I have been working at CloudThing full-time for less than a year

    Pros

I've never worked somewhere where you feel so actively respected and part of the team than cloudThing. The management team are always listening to feedback, and if you come to them with an idea or a recommendation that is well thought out, they will take it on board. Great culture of togetherness, regular social nights and everyone is willing to help out. Company share scheme, flexible working and free cans of pop in the office.

    Cons

Not really a con, but if you're the type of person that needs real structure and continuous direction it's probably not the place for you. You're often left to work on your own projects and as everyone is busy you have to ask for help if you need it. Also the car park can get very crowded!

I have been working at CloudThing full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Been here for over a year. Some really smart people and good talent, with some great knowledge and support from senior management team. Working with Bleeding, Cutting and Leading edge tech stacks really help to future proof your IT skill set. As someone with Dyslexia the company has been great with support and understanding. They see past the down sides and see the upsides, which makes a really comfortable environment to work in. Noted pro’s include: - • Work at home opportunity’s • Company share options • Free food and drink • Proper tech company environment • Brilliant staff nights’ out • Non-contribution pension • Critical illness cover

    Cons

None really. Only thing of note is as follows. As a prospering new company coming into its maturity there are some growth pains with expansion. This is of course to be expected. These seem to be well understood and known by management and are being addressed. It does seem that people who are willing and able to grow with the company seem to be best suited.
