Pros

The people and management at Cloudability are fantastic to work with, they are all very thoughtful and professional which I feel has created a great company environment and culture. The Portland office is an amazing space with lots of activities to get involved in and even when you are working remotely you feel fully included. Cloudability really cares about their employees and they give everyone the opportunity to have our say and input on the business.

Cons

Working at a startup can be challenging with lots of work to tackle all the time.

Pros

Competitive compensation, great benefits including extras like gym stipend, bottomless snacks - we take these for granted in the tech sector and Cloudability has all of them. Where I think they stand out: - A true startup, which is great if that's your cup of tea. They are growing fast! - Very engaged with the community, they sponsor many groups and host many meetups. - Small enough that the executives know your name and large enough to have good revenue and specialists in all of the leadership positions. - Great technology niche - the cloud is the place to be. But most of all the culture and people value a rare combination of fun and professionalism. They hire people for their life experience and values as much as for their competencies.

Cons

Startups are volatile, and Cloudability has a lot of turnover. They are not afraid to take risks and when they don't work out they may have to get out of a location or let a group of people go.
