Pros
No pros whatsoever. Lot of work ( but with no structure/management ) if you want to consider that as a pro
Cons
HR doesn't respond to your calls or messages. He doesn't read your mails. He only calls you when he wants something from an employee. They dont care about their employees. No one from management is responsible/reachable when employee really is in need. No real structure to work/project/clients. You get assigned to any project randomly whichever is there. Very unprofessional way of going about things when it comes to employee care. I have to give one star because that's the least rating available. All 4 and 5 star reviews you will find are the ones which management has asked the current employees to give.
