Pros

Overall, not bad for a part time job. I got promoted early for my social skills, and generally people are passionate about sustainability and the food they make.

Cons

There's some disconnect between management and the on-the-ground workers where some store managers were pretty tough on their workers

Pros

Clover is an easy job to understand, specifically as a food guide. Your job is essentially to upsell the product. The food is pretty good in my opinion and depending on location, you're not working too late. Also you get tips.

Cons

You do not get paid nearly enough for your work, and there is an understaffing problem. My start was $16 an hour and in Boston, that is the closest to nothing you'll get. Also, if you want to move to full-time, the hours are unstable. One month it could be 35, the next it could be 20. Especially during the summer season.
