TBI Bangalore team is awesome. TBI Projects are good.

Cons

You have dictator COO - who will make changes for the sake of changes People are getting fired without any reason Poor managers cannot assure your job security. No matter how hard you work, they won't consider you as an asset.

This company is only good for people who is good in smoothy and character of spaniel. Lots of free time to roam (But manager is writing everything about you and will discuss during comfirmation).

Cons

Job is not secured , company is not registered in India, so you will work on third party payroll. Micro management. Some developer getting lots of leave (only smoothy) . Not good for long time career planning . If you are married then never join this company.

The day I started I could not believe the flith of my headset phone and computer , which I had to share with another employee on another shift, I have photos of it I was so shocked , when i pointed it out I was told clean it myself if I was that bothered?Noisy office , HR obsessed with childish parties, like snapchat !!!! Dreadful leads and from day 1 listening and criticizing the calls even though was getting abuse from the leads I had to call
