Pros
Insurance was good. Benefits as a whole were pretty good.
Cons
Company tries to be something it’s not. Sales team is held in very high regard but everyone else is almost second class citizens. Small company, so drama is always prevalent. Some people are great, some people are awful. Left due to drama within my own department.
