      Awesome concept and a great team.

      Cons

      CEO will bring the company to the ground or be left with no more employees. The turn over rate is record-breaking!

      Tremendous learning, part of something big

      Pros

      A true tech startup. High performance, high expectations, tremendous opportunities. Very supportive team members, easy going communication, good environment for talent to collaborate. No place for complacency or taking things easy. You will be challenged to grow beyond your comfort zone but for people who do want to learn and grow and be challenged, it's a very rewarding experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes work hours can be long and you'll have to wear different hats because it's a small team doing a lot of things.
