      Pros

      - A lot of passion and drive and desire to get things done - Leadership that wants to succeed - A lot of opportunity to make a mark and run with projects

      Cons

      - Struggling to refind their footing a bit - A lot of uncertainty in the market right now, but they have the team to fix that if they can get everything to align - Some of their prime talent is being overlooked due to the market realities

      Pros

      This has been a fantastic company to work for. The team is dynamic, collaborative, and very driven. There are some hiccups ( to be expected with start-ups of this size ) but overall, the experience has been great. People are very kind, intelligent and welcoming.

      Cons

      The pay could be a bit better, but it is not terrible. It is a hybrid company, which may turn some people off. I personally enjoy coming into the office to see people, but I understand that is not for everyone. There are lots of interesting problems to help solve. This requires a lot of work, tenacity and patience. This is the place to go to if you are looking to build your career in tech.

      Pros

      It's a fast-moving train, surrounded by people who are incredibly smart and masters of their craft. Everyone is encouraged to be very authentic and be themselves like you can speak your mind, suggest new ideas, and really feel heard. The vibe is about respecting and pushing each other to think deeper and smarter.

      Cons

      As a start-up there might be frequent changes in strategy when needed, but that means we're always ready and on our toes.
