It’s a dynamic, tech-driven environment where people collaborate without being forced to. Working with different teams keeps things interesting. I like the exposure to global operations and large-scale projects. The company offers solid compensation and benefits.

Pros

Good company with nice perks. Benefits are good and they do student loan repayment which is helpful. Pay is competitive and rewards are performance based which is nice.

Cons

Office space is a little dull but it seems like they are trying to make it better since they require us in office 3-days a week
