Cons

Siloed departments create confusion over who is responsible for deliverables. Lack of ownership and accountability. Shifting priorities and high workload. Being reactive to customer needs instead of having a vision for what we should be offering to create value.

Coates is growing and partnering with some of the biggest QSR brands, but every job comes down to the people. Leadership and Crew are approachable, human, and bring a global feel to the US office (and no egos)! In a tough market, we are expanding and hiring. Our products are fun and the way of the future. Proud to be a part of the Crew!

Cons

With so much growth, can feel like in "reactive mode" at times, but we are putting things in place to smooth out processes and hire the right support for teams.
