      Mostly bad managers, not a good place to grow in.

      Pros

      Most of the employees are nice and outgoing.

      Cons

      Really bad management with a military-like approach (specifically the mid and high levels managers). There is often highly disrespectful attitude towards the employees *to say the least*. besides that, there is no real HR orientation, no clear paths of professional development and zero transparency.
