      A huge amount of change in the last year Very exciting opportunities and prospects The company is about to revolutionise the industry with amazing technology

      Still start-up like, so don't come if you expect everything to be polished and boring

      The team are great - really nice, really professional The work is intellectually interesting

      Cons

      Things are very stressful: deadlines etc That is made worse as requirements often change, management is chaotic There were a lot RIFs ad some of the wrong people were fired
