Thank you for the feedback. We’d like to say a few words in regard to your above-mentioned concerns.
- Would be good to know when that happened. We live up to our promises and agreements with people who are trustworthy. However, we do not do business with people who try to manipulate their colleagues or betray the given trust. In case of any inappropriate incident that cannot be solved on beneficial terms, any agreements terminate.
- Yes, it is true that the company makes money while everyone in the team is working, as said money later evolves into payments and benefits for our employees. Vacation is certainly not a battlefield, but there are simple rules of notifying your management at least 2 weeks prior and handling the urgent issues in order not to let down the whole team on the project.
- High level of our services and professionality of our specialists are very important to us and we work really hard to ensure that. Technologies are chosen based on the market demand and clients’ requests. Every employee of our company is free to skill in the high-level technology and we do everything from our side to encourage it - educational resources, courses, conferences etc.
