      Amazing Company - Wonderful People, Great Work Ethic! All Round.. The Best!!

      Pros

      - Meeting different people from different countries and cultures - Everyone has a strong work Ethic... - Everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, caring! - no questions are silly questions - Busy workplace - which i love! - The care, that family time is also important...!! - ONE WAY OF WORKING! :)

      Cons

      - not so much a 'Con' but hard sometimes to find a slot that is suitable for everyone when colleagues are so diverse around the world - but we make it work! - if you don't like to pull your weight and help other teams when needed, regardless if its your job or not, this wouldn't be the place for you... we help each other out!

      -A great place to build your career and make faster progress than you can at a big telco or systems integrator where you’re just a number. -The company is growing so new opportunities come up regularly for anyone who wants to be proactive and make the most of them . -The company has strong relationship with the vendors/partners and has access to lots of training/certification program. - Great career development, training / certification and great culture. For the Malaysian team, we have great track record of promoting engineers through the levels. -Healthy working environment, the company encourage everyone to voice out their opinions and ideas.

      Cons

      -The challenges are mainly around the tight deadlines that clients sometimes require given it is a business critical service -Some people find the task-switching a negative, while those who stay enjoy the fast-pace of operations and new client wins.
