Good salary, laptop, friendly colleagues.
Cons
Long hours, work-life balance takes a hit (virtually non-existent), some aspects of contract not fulfilled during employment and only told these wouldn't be adhered to after signing contract (i.e. fuel card, company vehicle), no firm idea of what project/site you will be based at next, pushed from pillar to post on some occassions, carrying out roles/tasks outwith job spec., difficult to deal with suppliers on various occasions whilst on-site as accounts are on hold/stop, this means important deadlines can be missed.
