Pros

At Cogito it’s OK for a VP to call an employee USELESS over and over in a meeting in front of other employees and suffer no consequences.

Cons

If you’re not a VP you probably get in trouble for calling an employee USELESS in front of other employees.

Pros

Innovative platform leverages AI for coaching and guidance. Marketing successfully delivers strategic campaigns to create brand awareness for largest Fortune 500 organizations

Cons

Use of profanity, manipulative behavior and child like temper tantrums are displayed on weekly calls all to drive urgency to close pipeline Mistrust created by the selection of the chosen few who get handpicked accounts while others were promised verticals or opportunities that never to be. Solution has not been tested, scaled or integrated into many telephony environments and a lack of customer transparency in those client situations
