Basic+OTE(even though the contract states that it can be reduced at any given time)

Cons

Lack of transparency. Culture of lies and favouritism. Toxic environment. No expense account: the employees will have to advance all expenses like laptop, phone, business travel, even way ahead of trade shows and get lucky to be reimbursed if at all. Be prepared to get conned out of your commission without warning.
