      Pros

      At least I was paid on time.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, supposed "open door policy" is nothing but lip service, management is clueless and the turnover rate is increasing at a rapid pace.

      Quickly growing company, old-fashioned management

      Pros

      company has tons of business and tons of work - too much work and can't hire fast enough. working on product that will improve lives of patients.

      Cons

      too much in-fighting. no advancement oppotrunities. management is most concerned with making money, doesn't care about employees. employees are granted no flexibility if they are local, despite the fact that half the company works remotely. if you are in san diego you are held to strict hours with no flexibility.
