      Supportive people but concerns over management decisions

      people, equipment, sometimes activities for family

      Cons

      sales, salary freeze, salary level, not enough projects for people, sometimes they hire people from the outside even though there are people in company who can do the same work, a lot of senior level people on employment contract were fired recently, a lot of was promised after the deal with Ice Lake and it didn't happen
