      Pros

      Good pay. They will give you very good pay to attract towards the job.

      Cons

      There is no revenue generated. It's running just on funding and recently lay off happened too because of this. Decisions which they make on new product is not stable. Sometime after developing a project to half way they will discard everything on it. You might not be doing the work you're hired for too. Also once they call you for any critical projects to office, you need to stretch your working hours too much even at night too. There will be no weekend off during this time and you may asked to finish 2 months work in 2 week time.

      1. Very toxic work environment 2. No appreciation 3. Less salary Hike 4. Too much of politics 5. No work life balance (13-14 hrs of working) 6. They will call you to develop something which need atlest 3 months in 3 weeks and make you work 9 AM to 12 mid night as if the employees are robots or slaves. 7. People working here are fearful of being fired. 8. Many of the people are frustrated and looking to move out. Avoid if you are looking for healthy work culture and work life balance.

      - Unlimited sick leaves. - Good learning opportunities if placed in a good project

      Cons

      - LAYOFF without any prior notice - DO NOT BELIEVE HRs of CoinDCX. While joining they promise the world to you and after joining don't even talk about it and ask us to forget what was promised - NO/MINIMAL hikes
