No pros to say at all. Yeah I got one. Its air conditioned

Cons

No hike at all. Management will not let people go out of company. No leave granted. Works 13 hrs a day. Doesnt give Experience Certificate and threaten us. Cancels offers at new company. Delay in providing salary. Management will not question HR. Harassing employees. No one can help you if you join this company.

Fantastic experience! I have never been so fulfilled in my life. Thank you Colan for an experience of a lifetime. I hope I can stay longer in Colan because I learned a lot and I can say that I have found my true passion here. I love innovation and Colan Infotech is the right place to experience all of that and get paid in the process.

Cons

There is no Cons to write since it's mandatory box to fill. I have a suggestion, we need to focus more on hiring experienced technical resources on each team rather than spending money on freshers or irrelevant people.
