      Founders/partners have zero ego; however, the same cannot be said the remainder of the deal team & mid-level managers

      Cons

      As AUM continues to fall, so do performance returns which will correlate with your individual comp/bonus, Unfocused investment strategies (4+) doesn't allow for expertise.
