      Whilst the shareholders are happy they leave you alone

      Cons

      Profitable site closures , needless redundancies, dismantling the uk businesses. Experienced staff walkouts or redundancy. Uk customers left unsupported

      Fast paced and acquisitive environment

      Cons

      Certain senior leaders more concerned about how they look than doing the right thing. Only manage upwards and go into a panic any time they are asked a difficult question - and then they kick the team to get an answer (usually in the form of a project) when a confident answer would have done the trick.
