      Pros

      Amazing leadership team, all very supportive and I appreciate the focus on professional development. Good work life balance.

      Cons

      Trainings are sometimes surface level and not provided at the appropriate time. Depending on how engaged students are, there is a lot of empty time and there are minimal side projects to fill that time. As AmeriCorps members, the pay isn't great.

      rewarding, great for post-grad if you are unsure what you want to do as a career, CPS students are the best, great staff, exposure to working in a school environment, and learning about post-secondary support roles, changed my life for the better
