If I were to describe my time at Collibra in one word, it would have to be… “Vile”. Incompetent leadership, an unwillingness to change or adapt to new ways of thinking or working. Dishonest people in leadership positions plagiarizing work. There are cliques who bully and make others feel pretty uncomfortable and unwelcome. Do not raise any feelings of unhappiness - you’re ignored, told not to share your feelings with anyone or told you’re wrong. There is a weird toxic positivity here. People claiming to be happy in public, but desperately sad behind closed doors. If integrity is important to you. This is not the place for you. The only positive thing about my time at Collibra would be the salary and benefits. But I’ve quickly learnt that money cannot buy your happiness. I’d like to add that a number of people were recently laid-off, in a pretty awful manner. I was not one of them, so this post does not come from a place of anger.

The culture is toxic - the team was responsible for that all don’t care, left or were laid off. The product is sub-standard and the CEO is clueless. Collibra is being run into the ground.
