Pros

Small office, family oriented, you get a pension if you can stick it out. Great holiday, sick, and vacation time.

Cons

There is one employee who is a trouble maker. Unfortunately, it creates a lot of tension in the office. She frequently tells on people for being late or God forbid leaving before 5pm on the dot (she always leaves early) and will then cry when you call her out on it. She is very jealous and insecure. People have left the job because of her. She walks around the office calling the office manager "ma". Who does that?! Worse - why is management allowing it to continue? It is very hard to work with someone like that. If you can get past that, it's not such a bad place.

Pros

benefits if a regular employee

Cons

HR does not protect employees, they are pro Managers and Supervisors,Administrator is a bully, lot of hiring fraud, most positions posted are already granted and many candidates waste their time and effort interviewing for a position that the administrator already offered to a friend, retaliation, discrimination, no raises, favoritism, a political inferno...

Pros

Absolutely None - No sick time, No vacation, No job security and NO respect

Cons

Backstabbing gossiping individuals that are so worried about your title and or pay that sabotage is prevalent. Will make up reasons to end your position if they decide they do not like or want you on their team regardless of your capabilities, experience, qualifications or work ethic. If they decide you are not part of their click your out!
