Bully culture, extremely political, horrible working atmosphere.

Company honours annual pay rise and bonuses every year. Some flexibility to work from home on occasions. Dress down Friday (if no office visitors).

Cons

Bully culture, very political, bullying not taken seriously, Even when witnessed across the floor. School playground environment. Gossiping filters from the top down, not confidential or professional. A lot of turning a blind eye by management to bad behaviour in the junior levels due to lack of concern.

Accounting Department is a total disaster. Top employees are forced out because of politics and low performers are flirting and sleeping with top management to get promoted and they don't do any work all day but talk and talk ....
