      -Company understands work-life balance and actually respects it. -Provides regular communication, listen to and consider new ideas & continually encouraging growth. -Positive attitude and supportive nature of colleagues - Lots of opportunities to learn and grow -This is a place you can call home , many employees have been here a long time which allows deep integration into the business and the ability to create pathways to success for others. - Many fun activities that company conducts apart from daily work.

      Cons

      It's important -not to get hung up on what's wrong (if in case something is) , but to focus on what's happening is right in some or the other way, it will help one to grow or learn something.

      Pros

      Great colleagues, support each other no matter what country they are located in.

      Cons

      Not flexible for career paths, or location change. Constant changes in middle-management, short term goal orientated, long term plans do not exist. HR completely untrustworthy. Fortunately, and unusually for this profession,I am a union member and they protected my interests.
