Pros
You get a paycheck biweekly.
Cons
Where to start, this company does not value their employees at all. Paid the minimum to do the most, theres no communication between departments and they all ask you to do different things. Job duties constantly change and you most likely won’t know what you’re doing until weeks or months into being hired (this is mainly due to the very frequent turnover of employees either leaving on their own or being mass fired). This is a company that stays true to Oregons “At-Will” employment option so be prepared to potentially be fired for any reason at all. There’s also a lot blame placed on support from other departments which always felt a bit demeaning considering most of the time it had nothing to do with actual job performance.
