      Pros

      If your manager is any good then they might not micro manage you.

      Cons

      An MD who likes to make fool of people in front of their coworkers. Poor support of clients once projects have finished. HR dont know much about HR. Dont go off sick as you will be penalised a days holiday each time you do. Very high turnover of staff.

      Poor projects with weak project managers

      Pros

      They were very good during lock down . Try to promote a good culture by having regular company days Offer roles to graduates. Some very good consultants who work hard

      Cons

      3 days sick pay per year. Anything else is at the company’s discretion, Yet the company continually portray themselves as promoting good health ! If your face fits you’ll get on in the company - if it doesn’t you’ll stagnate. You don’t have to be good at your job to move forward just be a part of the clique. Some very poor project managers who only care about ticking boxes and achieving milestones- there is little concern about giving customers value, Very poor projects of recent- end up working to unreasonable deadlines often for free of charge with no chance of earning any bonus.

      Not a bad place to start but i am sure there are better consultancy firms out there.

      Exposure to some project work and support from helpful people in the company

      Cons

      Too much bench time. Not enough work. Most days just sitting around doing self learning. The structure of the graduate program is pretty poor.
