A lot of interesting people can be met in this company. Certainly a good career capital. In this company one can learn how not to do the software development business. After over 5 years in this company, really can't remember some other significant Pros.
Cons
Lack of transparency, vision, and values. Company is short-term profit driven, mostly in services sector (software on demand). No plans to focus itself on some specific knowledge, industry, expertise, or technology. Lower wages compared to other concurrent companies in Banja Luka. Very high flow of employees. For a period of three years almost all (around 30) employees from the beginning of the period left the office, being substituted with new (mostly inexperienced) employees. Bad management practices: Micromanagement, Scapegoating, Mushroom management, etc. Bad organisation, above all a lot of incompetent middle managers who are totally useless. Culture among middle managers and top managers mostly based on egoism, vanity and snobbery. Very bad and old equipment (computers, monitors, chairs, etc). Personal improvement not based on competence and merit, but on politics and suitability. Very stupid and stagnant formal personal evaluation and personal development (PEPD) process. On one project you might work with .NET platform, the next one with Mobile platforms, and the next one with Java platform; This makes your career totally unpredictable in this company. High workload. A lot of overtime hours, during working days, weekends, and sometimes even holidays. Overtime hours payed not by the law but by manager's will and mood.
