      Pros

      The dynamic of feeling apart of family was very well felt and the pay was amazing. The GM is for his people and cares very much for those that do what they are there to do.

      Lack of communication, not willing to change certain things.

      Pros

      The ability to grow in status and earnings with an appreciation for my knowledge work ethics and experience . Which was sold to me upon hiring.

      Cons

      I’ve never been a part of a more separated and bias group . I was told when calls are low I will always be the one who has to be sent home. (no rotating).
