A small but ambitious and friendly team that I genuinely enjoy grabbing a pint with on a Friday night with. There are no egos, and everyone wants to see success; individually, as a team, and as a business. And where adding value for the customer is the goal. CommVersion is a place where you can shine, and good work will get rewarded.

Cons

There are always challenges with a small but growing company, but that's also part of what I love.
