      Honestly the day I left

      No benefits. The two V.P's of the company literally have no plant floor experience between them, the most senior of the two is a lunatic who sits in his office the entire day and doesn't have a clue what goes on in the plant. Neither one of them have any technical back ground, and its evident (and quite funny) when they try and talk "shop".
