None, absolutely atrocious and terrible place to work.
Cons
They do not care about the individual advisors success and constantly peddle life insurance. They are backed by MassMutual so while they pretend to be a financial planning firm they are nothing more than a life insurance shop. The Managing Partner and CEO are manipulative and used car salesmen. Do yourself a favor and find a real firm to work for.

Financial advisors are treated great, but the back office employees are underpaid and treated unfairly
