      Fake culture

      Pros

      Pay is good, lots of locations, and a decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Senior and branch leadership is a joke. There is clear favoritism that can prohibit you from advancing. Very immature and degrading things are said between managers and AVP's. Metro west leadership is a "boys club", where the AVP himself likes to use locker room talk about women. The culture is forced, and the executive team is nearly unheard from aside from maybe once per year at a mandatory all team gathering on an otherwise federal holiday. Diversity and inclusion is not something that is talked about outside of a required e learning, they would rather ignore having discussions about what is going on around us in the U.S/world.

      Pros

      -Good benefits, fair pay. -Upper level management has some of the most amazing people you could ever work for. -The culture and values promoted.

      Cons

      -Rarely promotes from within, and then only the same few people. -Fake positivity is actively encouraged by some middle management. -Middle management often reacts poorly to being asked questions for clarificationn and will tell you it isn't your place to ask. -Beware of HR. If they have a personal issue with an employee that employee is never going to advance as long as the HR employee remains. This is typical of most companies though. -The actual culture in practice by some managers does not match the coroporate level.

      - Empowered to make decisions and make a difference - Ability and support to give back to the commuities we serve....you 24 hours of paid volunteer time! - If you have the direction, desire and motivation, we'll get you to where you want to be - Not just a job....its a crazy fun career!

      Cons

      - High expectations, if you aren't motivated, this wouldn't be the place for you - We play hard but we work hard, very hard and very fast...if you can't keep up, this wouldn't be the place for you - The culture is very fun and inviting, if you like very strict rules and do not like people, this wouln't be the place for you
