      Flexible schedule. Good company culture. Good communication. Relaxed environment.

      Cons

      Not all departments work well together. Not very inclusive/lack of diversity. Few opportunities for promotion.

      Pros

      The best part of this position was meeting wonderful patients and families. Some employees were so awesome to work with! The deli has great food but I just heard from a current employee that the deli is closed for good.

      Cons

      They are not flexible with your schedule. Managers micromanage you. Your driving allot and they have no company cars. They are always short staffed and you have to take supplies to your patients every 2 weeks or more often if they need it and it’s multiple heavy bags!!! Pay is very low! Some Managers are very rude! Also if your going to school this is not the place to go to they make it clear to you that they will not give you flexibility to go to school. You must work your full time schedule Mon-Friday and they tell you that you only work 1 or 2 weekends a month! But that’s not true I worked at least 3 or 4 weekends and I was full time!

      Most employees throughout every department is kind and professional and have good work ethic

      Cons

      Every clinical department is severely understaffed to the point it where I wonder if the agency can continue to function much longer
