      Some peer support, only if kept hidden from higher management

      Cons

      Higher management is team of narcistic, bullies in a click. Cant have own thoughts or opinions Not allowed to speak up against poor practise for fear of being targeted Good staff want out. Face has to fit. Poor pay and unreasonable demands Culture of being old to never challenge and to shut up and do as told Ceo is aware of issues. But seems to just close his eyes to it all

      Everything. I was essentially getting paid to to work alone whilst being constantly at risk of being attacked or worse with a service user who clearly should not be supported 1 to 1 at any time.

      Organisation has become top heavy, too many execs in high paid jobs while cutting at the forefront of the organisation where support is needed
